The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer :- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent Authority to conclude the final inquiry within specific period which this Hon'ble Court fix and also direct to respondent pass speaking and reasoned order taking action against the respondent no. 4/present Village Pradhan." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complaint has been made by the petitioner against the Gram Pradhan, however, till date final order has not been passed. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that the matter is in active consideration before respondent no. 2 and final order would be passed within one month. 4. In view of the stand taken by learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State, the respondent no. 2 - District Magistrate, Moradabad is directed to pass final order on the complaint filed by the petitioner against the Gram Pradhan-respondent no. 4 within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
