By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is praying a limited relief that the tribe claim of the petitioner, which is pending before the respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee, be decided expeditiously. 2. It has been pointed out across the bar that, the matter is ready for hearing. We, therefore, deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide the 2025:BHC-AUG:27794-DB W.P. No.12137/2025 :: 2 :: tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of four months from today. Writ Petition stands disposed of. 3. Till the Scrutiny Committee decides the tribe claim of the petitioner, the respondents No.3 and 4 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner only on the ground of pendency of the tribe claim of the petitioner. 4.
