Considering the fact that the petitioner is in service and apprehending coercive action, we direct the respondent No.2 Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of this order. Till the Caste Scrutiny Committee decides the caste claim of the petitioner, the respondent No.3 shall not take coercive action against the petitioner.
