The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to consideration of the representation dated 24.07.202018 at Annexure-F. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the petitioner is claiming change of khata in terms of the order dated 29.03.2019 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Rural District, Bangalore in RP No.120/2018 (Annexure-E) and the Sale Deed dated 07.03.1983 (Annexure-A). 4. In that view of the matter, petition is disposed of. 5. The respondent No.4 is directed to, implement the order produced at Annexure-E passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Rural District, Bangalore at earliest within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
