This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the NBW dated 12.1.2018 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur as well as proceedings of Case No.6529 of 2016, State Vs. Ajit Mishra and others, arising out of NCR No.110 of 2016, under Sections 427, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Chunar, District Mirzapur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of compromise recorded in Application U/S 482 No.38852 of 2023 (Ajeet Kumar Mishra @ Ajeet Mishra and others Vs. State of U.P. and another), the present case be finally decided, as the same has been arises out of same proceedings. 4. Learned AGA submits that the present case arises out of same proceedings in which compromise has already been recorded in Application U/S 482 No.38852 of 2023 (Ajeet Kumar Mishra @ Ajeet Mishra and others Vs. State of U.P. and another) and he would have no objection in case present criminal proceedings are put to an end.
