No.625/2025 on the file of the I Additional District & Sessions Judge- Special Judge For Trial Of Offences Under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, by substituting the requirement of a bond for Rs. 1 Lakh with single surety with third-party surety of 5,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narsipatnam; lA NO: 1 OF 2025: Petition under Section 433(1) read with Section 484 of BNSS. 2023 (Section 528 of BNSS) is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in P the memorandum of grounds of criminal revision case, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the condition directing the petitioner to furnish a bond for Rs.1 Lakh with single surety imposed in the order dated 28.07.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.625/2025 by the I Additional District & Sessions Judge-Special Judge For Trial Of Offences Under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, and permit the release of the vehicle in favor of the petitioner on furnishing third-party surety of 5,000/-, pending disposal of CRLRC.No.894 of 2025, on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds of criminal revision case and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sravan Kumar Naidana, Advocate for the Petitioner and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following; ORDER: “Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the Respondent. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner’s financial condition is deplorable and he is unable to meeting out Rs. 1,00,000/- with single surety and he sought for The Order dated 28.07.2025 in indulgence of this Court. Crl.M.P.No.625 of 2025 on the file of learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge- Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam is slightly modified. The Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs. 50,000/- Instead of Rs. 1,00,000/- as ordered by the learned Trial Court with single surety to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narsipatnam.
