Having perused aforesaid communication as well as copy of office order dated 01.09.2025, which are taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General that vide order dated 01.09.2025, Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, taking note of judgment passed in CWPOA No.3435 of 2020, titled as Satish Kumar and others vs. State of 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Himachal Pradesh and others alongwith CWPOA No.6850 of 2020, titled Milat Ram and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others alongwith connected matters, have withdrawn orders dated 28.03.2025 and 10.04.2025, which have been laid challenge in the instant proceedings. 3.
