Perused the order dated 07.05.2020, from a reading of which, it is clear that in 2020, time was granted for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the 1st appellant, who died during pendency of the case. However, no steps have been taken so far, though about five (05) years are lapsed. Be that as it may. Learned counsel for the appellants states that no specific instructions were received from the 2nd appellant for taking steps, with reference to the earlier proceedings on 07.05.2020. It appears that the 2nd appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
