The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, namely, Anil Ram who is in custody since 21.04.2022 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 99 of 2022, corresponding to Spl. POCSO case No. 65 of 2022, for the offence punishable under section 376 IPC and Section 4/6 of POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, Hazaribag. 3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court in BA No. 10416 of 2022 and BA No. 4652 of 2024 vide orders dated 02.02.2023 and 26.07.2024 respectively and the same is being renewed on the ground that vide order dated 26.07.2024 a direction was given by this Court to conclude the trial preferably within six months but till date trial has not been concluded. Further the victim girl has been examined as PW-3 and she has not supported the case and has been declared hostile. 4. The learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below in connection with Muffasil P.S.
