It is further requested that this Hon’ble Court pass such other order or orders...” The Tahsildar-respondent No.2, by impugned notice dated 26.07.2025, directed the petitioner herein to attend for an inquiry on 02.08.2025, basing on the application filed by the unofficial respondents, along with records. 2. It is the argument of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had personally appeared before the respondent No.2 and thereby the respondent No.2 informed the petitioner that the matter was referred to the 3. Sub-Collector. When this Court posed a question about the maintainability of the writ 4. petition, there is no response from the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to offer an explanation to the notice issued dated 26.07.2025 within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On receipt of the explanation from the petitioner, respondent No.2 - Tashsildar is same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with are directed to maintain status directed to examine the law.
