Petitioner's counsel is not present.
2. This petition is filed with a limited prayer to set-aside the order dated 12.05.2023 passed by the Trial Court in CC.No.1141/2019 and to dismiss the application filed by the respondent/complainant under Section 143(A) of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
3. This Court while staying the impugned order passed by the Trial Court, observed that the learned Trial Court has not assigned any reasons for allowing the application filed under Section 143(A) of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, wherein, the accused was directed to pay 20% of the cheque amount as interim compensation.
4. This Court on 10.02.2025 while modifying the interim order dated 13.10.2023, directed the trial Court to dispose of the main proceedings in CC.No.1141/2019 as expeditiously as possible at any rate within a period of two

18.03.2025.
5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for respondent/complainant that, in view of the interim order passed by this Court, the impugned order was stayed and 20% of the cheque amount towards interim compensation was not paid to the complainant. She submits that the trial has come to a fag end and the matter is posted for arguments.
6. As per the interim order dated 12.05.2023 passed by the Trial Court, accused was directed to pay 20% of the cheque amount on or before 16.06.2023 and further, it was ordered that if the accused is acquitted on merits of the case, the complainant to deposit the interim amount received towards the cheque amount, without any delay as per law.
7. Since, the direction was stayed by this Court on the ground that no reasons are assigned and by subsequent order, this Court directed the Trial Court to dispose of the case within two months from the next date of hearing i.e., 18.03.2025, this petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to comply the
order passed by this Court and dispose of the main petition
