When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the representation of the respondent No.5, the petitioners were called to the police station and enquired into the matter and no crime has been registered so far against the petitioners. 5 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station in absence of any crime registered against the petitioners. The police are further directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. No order as to costs.
