ORDER: Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel Respondent Nos.2 to 6. for It is reported that Respondent No.2 died report from the Inspector of Police. Tirupati Rural Police Station. Revision against Respondent No.2 is abated. on 30.12.2015 as per the The Secretary. District Legal Services Authority. Chittoor has submitted a report stating that the Accused No.1 pursuant to suffering conviction of First Class. y imposed by the learned IV Additional Judicial Magistrate Tirupaji, preferred an Appeal in Crl.A.No.10 of 2010 on the file of the learned VI Additional District Judge. Chittoor. The appeal was settled before the Lok Adalat as the offence was compounded under Section 302 (8) of ‘the Cr.P.C..’ and the Appellant/Accused No.1 was acguitted.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that, preferred by the husband/Accused No.1 since the appeal was settled before the Lok Adalat at the behest of the Petitioner/wife, as she compounded the offence with the husband, nothing remains for adjudication in this Criminal Revision Case, and accordingly, he prays that the Revision Case may be disposed of. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as settled out of Court. No order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
