Learned counsel for the petitioner now while pressing the application of restoration submits that on account of fault of the earlier counsel, the defects were not cured. He submits that he shall cure the defects within a period of three weeks. Considering the same, the restoration application stands allowed and be restored to its original number, subject to curing the defects within a period of three weeks.
