The petitioner has preferred the present petition challenging the order dated 18.01.2025 passed by respondent no. 2, District Magistrate, District Hathras. 2. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before Appellate Authority. 3. Prayer is allowed. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed. 5. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the orders after retaining the photo-copy of the same in the record. 6. It is made clear that in case, the appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks' from today before the concerned competent authority, the concerned competent authority will consider and decide the same on merits strictly in accordance with law thereafter.
