Special Appeal (Writ) No.174/2023 titled as State of Rajasthan Vs. Jahida Salma. 2. Considering the foregoing fact, this Court deems it apposite to dispose of the present petition with the direction that outcome of the decision passed by Division Bench and the effect thereon will be made applicable qua the petitioners herein, provided that the petitioners take necessary steps, strictly in accordance with the law. 3.
