Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 205 of 2024 arising out of Sudamdih P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 699 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 304-B / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- VII, Dhanbad. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased who committed suicide by hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. Statement of some of the witnesses have been recorded in the case diary, in which they have stated that the petitioner and his wife used to quarrel, due to which, she committed suicide. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Dhanbad in connection with S.T.
