Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that some private persons are interfering with the petitioners’ possession and enjoyment of the subject property, and in that view, the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 11.08.2025 to the respondents, requesting them to initiate proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C- Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondents-police are directed to look into the petitioners’ representation and take appropriate decision according to governing rules and law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
