GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of directing the State Government / DGP to initiate disciplinary action against the concerned Investigating Officer of Alipiri Police Station 2 Tirupati District for his willful negligence bias and violation of statutory duties under the SC/ST POA Act and Rules further directing the immediate arrest of Accused No 1 and Accused No.2 who are the principal conspirators in FIR No.25/2025 and are being illegally shielded consequently directing a fresh and fair investigation into FIR No.25/2025 by a competent officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police DSP in accordance with Rule 7 of the SC/ST POA Rules 1995 or by an independent agency such as CBCID” 2.
