1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon'ble court. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and provide the job to the petitioner in place of deceased Rameshwar Prasad Shrivas under the act of compassionate appointment in the interest of justice. 2 10.3 Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this Hon'ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner.”

Perusal of Annexure P/1, an order passed in WPS No. 6430 of 2014 would reveal that the petitioner had filed a writ petition seeking direction to respondents to decide his claim for compassionate appointment and writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 09.12.2014, wherein direction was issued to respondent authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner for compassionate appointment within a period of 10 weeks.
3. The petitioner instead of filing contempt petition, has preferred repeat writ petition claiming similar relief, and thus, this petition is not maintainable, accordingly same is hereby dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail remedy available under the law. Sd/-
