By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.76 of 2021 dated 29.01.2021 registered with Police Station Ramnagar, District Nainital under Section 498A IPC. 4. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that charge-sheet has already been filed against the petitioners on 27.03.2021, therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 5.
