(Oral) While placing on record copy of office order dated 29.09.2025, issued by Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla, Mr. Rahul Thakur, Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondents, states that respondents after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of judgment dated 10.12.2024, passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.14870 of 2024, tiled as Som Dutt & Others Vs. State of H.P. & Others, have rejected the same on the ground that petitioner is not similar situate to Som Dutt (supra). 2. Having perused aforesaid office order, which is taken on record, vis-a-vis directions contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, this Court finds merit in the contention of learned counsel representing the respondents. 2 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly the same is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in the appropriate Court of law, laying therein challenge to order passed in purported compliance of judgment, sought to be executed.
