GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV (AP) The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.20599 OF 2019 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “….to issue a Writ or Order more in the nature of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in treating the suspension period from 23-7-2003 to 27-6-2004 as not on duty and rejecting the same by the 1st respondent by Memo No. 17371/A/E.V/A1/2015 dated. 30-3-2016 with wrong dates i.e. 20-2-2004 to 27-6-2004 as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequentially direct the respondents to treat the suspension period from 23-7-2003 to 27-6- 2004 as on duty since she was imposed with the minor penalty of censure by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings dated. 4-2-2011 and the law laid down by the courts to the effect that suspension period has to be treated as on duty when imposed with minor penalty and pass…” 2. Learned counsel representing Sri Srinivasa Baba, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner is no more, and there are no legal representatives to come on record to prosecute the writ petition. 3.
