Prayer is also made for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to supply electricity to the petitioner's R.R. Unit situated in Sy.No.61 of Chickkamudnoor Village, Puttur Taluk. 2. Respondent No.2 issued the aforesaid endorsement stating that the application, filed by the petitioner seeking supply of electricity, is rejected for not complying with the requirements. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:1636 WP No. 17926 of 2022 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has also filed an affidavit dated 20.6.2024. In page No.2 of the said affidavit, respondent No.2 has undertaken to supply electricity subject to compliance of conditions No.1 to 4 by the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the requirement of conditions imposed, vide conditions No.1 to 4 of the said affidavit, will be complied by the petitioner. 5. If such compliance is made by the petitioner, respondent No.2 shall supply electricity to the petitioner, With this observation, writ petition is disposed of.
