No.2 even in the revised list. 4. This is second bail application. The first bail application being Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 26441 of 2019 (Hariom Vs. State of U.P. and another) was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.02.2021. 5. This second bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure/483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant Hariom, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 112 of 2018, under Sections 376-AB, 506 IPC and 3/4/5M/6 of POCSO Act, registered at P.S. Khajuriya, District Rampur. 6. Today despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant to argue the present bail application. The incident is of the year 2018. It appears that learned counsel for the applicant has lost interest in the matter. 7.
