Miscellaneous Application, IA No.1 of 2025, stands disposed of, accordingly. 2. Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.187 of 2024, under Sections 3(5), 61(2), 109(1), 121(2), 132, 190, 191(2), 193(3) and 221 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Nanakmatta, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, has already been granted bail. 2 5. Learned State Counsel admits this fact. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
