Srivastava, A.P.P. --- 03 / 04.02.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu (Bhadaninagar) P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 317(2), 308(2), 308(5), 318(2) 338, 336(2), 346 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Miss Sanjibita Guin, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh. 3. On 29.08.2024, Patratu (Bhadaninagar) Police apprehended the co- accused persons from a place near Matkama Railway Crossing on the allegation that they were realizing rangdari from the businessmen. 4. It was submitted that though, petitioner is named in the FIR, but his name has transpired in the confession of co-accused persons who were apprehended at the spot. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Sanjibita Guin, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh in connection with Patratu (Bhadaninagar) P.S.
