The petitioner- Shamim Ansari @ Kalu Ansari is in custody since 09.12.2022 in connection with Sessions Case No.142 of 2003 arising out of Raneshwar P.S. Case No. 60 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 395, 412/34 of the IPC pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dumka. Earlier bail application of this petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 13.10.2023 and the same has now been renewed on the ground that informant of this case has not supported the case and turned hostile. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. I do not find this to be change of circumstance for re-considering the bail application.
