GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV AP The Court made the following: 2 HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.22726 of 2024 ORDER: This petition is filed declaring the G.O.Ms.No.72, dated 25.01.2020 issued by the 1st respondent introducing Land Pooling Scheme in Visakhapatnam District and in trying to acquire petitioner’s land in an extent of Ac.01-14 cents in Sy.No.554/2 in Dakamarri Village, Bheemunipatam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District as arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 16, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and A.P.Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016 and consequently setaside the G.O.Ms.No.72, dated 25.01.2020 and grant costs of the proceedings. 2. Sri M.Pitchaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 09.04.2025 to the Registrar (Judicial) seeking permission of this Court for withdrawal of the present petition. 3. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
