GP FOR SERVICES III 5 The Court made the following Common Judgment: (Per NJS, J) At the time of considering these matters, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the Government has come up with a new Transfer Policy vide G.O.Ms.No.22, School Education (Services II) Department, dated 20.05.2025 and most of the appellants / writ petitioners have participated in the counseling, pursuant to the Notification issued under the new transfer policy. It is also stated that the request of some of the appellants / writ petitioners have been acceded to and the requests of some of the teachers were rejected. Smt.Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel appearing on behalf of some of the appellants / writ petitioners had not disputed the said position. Be that as it may. In view of the new Transfer Policy introduced by the Government, the present batch of appeals have virtually become infructuous. Hence, the same are dismissed as infructuous. However, it is needless to observe that the teachers, who were denied transfers / request transfers by virtue of the new Transfer Policy, may work out their remedies, in accordance with the Law. No costs.
