The petitioners in this case are Assistant teachers and they seek mutual transfer. The other persons who are seeking transfer have given their consent, are party to the said petition. 2. It is the case of the petitioners that their cases are not being considered. 3. The learned counsel for the State submits that if the petitioners file fresh representation before the Director, Primary Education and Literacy Department- respondent No.3 their case will be considered and if necessary same will be placed before the Committee for taking decision. 4. Considering the said submission, since no decision has yet been taken, I direct the petitioners and the corresponding employee who want to be transferred mutually to approach the Director, Primary Education and Literacy Department- respondent No.3 with their representation. 5. If any representation is filed the same should be considered and if necessary placed before the Committee for taking a decision. 6. Ultimately, if it decided to give effect mutual transfer of these petitioners, an appropriate order will be passed. If claim of any one of the petitioners is rejected, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioners. 7. The entire process should be concluded within six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order along with the representation of the petitioners. 8.
