Challenge in the present petition is the order dated 07-06-2025 passed by the respondent No.4 whereby the services of the petitioner has been Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 transferred from Govt. Primary School Padhapur to Primary School Dongripara under the Rationalization Instructions dated 02-08-2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is differently abled by 85% and there is the clause in the Rationalization Instructions that she should not be transferred under the Rationalization Instructions. 3. When this Court asked specific query from the learned counsel for the petitioner as to what are the Rationalization Instructions under which he is claiming relief, he could not satisfy this Court by submitting any document of the Rationalization Instructions in the matter. 4. Since no document has been annexed except the transfer order and the disability certificate as well as the representation of the petitioner, this Court is not in a position to consider the claim of the petitioner.
