THEHON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS CRL.R.C.No.723 of 2016 JUDGMENT: This revision is filed by the petitioner/accused against the judgment, dated 18.02.2016 passed in Criminal AppealNo.276 2014, on the file of the learned IX Additional Sessions Judge, West Godavariat Kovvur, wherein the judgment passed in C.C.No.11 of 2014, dated 25.11.2014 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kovvur, was confirmed. 2. Heard Sri Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and Ms. P. Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent No.1-State and Sri I.V.N.Raju, learned counsel for respondent No.2. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused as well learned counsel for respondent No.2/complainant submitted that the petitioner/accused by name Karuturi Ramachandra Rao died about 03 years back and learned counsel for the petitioner/accused submitted that he is not getting any instructions even from the legal representatives of the petitioner/accused to file any death certificate. Learned counsel for respondent No.2/complainant further submitted that too have no instructions. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
