Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to modify condition No. 1 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3436 of 2024, dated 28.11.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagapattinam, is modified only to the extent of deleting the condition that the petitioners shall deposit 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.5531 of 2025 (Refundable) a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-.
