22.08.2025, respondent/department has made promotions as per seniority maintained at Circle level subject to final outcome of SLP(s), which fact has been fairly acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings at this stage and accordingly, the same are closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law, if they still remain aggrieved. October 27, 2025
