1. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties the matter is heard finally.
2. The instant petition has been filed against the notice/order dated 01/01/2025 issued by the Respondent authorities, whereby the land bearing Khasra Nos.415, 416, 417, 420, 421, 422 and 423 total admeasuring area 7.30 hectares of Village Kamalpur, Block Ramchandrapur, P.H. No.36, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj, C.G. which was earlier given to the father of the petitioners namely Girish Dakai under the rehabilitation Scheme in the year 1975, has been allotted to the Fisheries Department.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that presently they would confine their prayer to grant liberty to file the appropriate application/representation before the Collector for grant of Patta and the said authority may be directed to decide the same and the status - quo order may be passed in favour of the petitioners.
4. Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection in deciding the representation/application of the petitioner for grant of Patta.
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.
6. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the
3 / 3 petitioners, the petitioners are given liberty to make appropriate application/representation before the Collector for grant of Patta within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this
order and on such application /representation being filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law/rule/regulation. It is
directed that for a period of 15 days from today, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
7. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands
