Although, by an order dated 11th September, 2025, this Court had dealt with this matter, however, at the time of scanning the records, since it appears that the document dated 2nd September, 2014 had been issued by the Superintendent (S. Tax) Central Excise and Service Tax Durgapur IV Division, Durgapur whereunder the final payment had been accepted and the acknowledged by issuance of discharge certificate in form VCES-3, this Court has placed this matter under the heading “To Be Mentioned” for seeking appropriate clarification from the respondents. Having regard thereto, let the unsigned order dated 11th September, 2025 be recalled. 2. After hearing Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate representing the CGST authority, it appears that the matter requires further consideration. WPA 14266 OF 2025 2 3. In view thereof, Mr. Banerjee is directed to enlighten this Court as regards the aforesaid document being the discharge certificate issued in VCES-3 dated 2nd September, 2014 appearing at page 31 of the writ petition. 4. List this matter under the same heading on 27th October, 2025 and the matter is treated heard in part. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
