THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 19666 OF 2018 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in handing over vehicles and materials allocating workforce and notifying the Project Commencement Date as arbitrary, unjust and amounts to violation of petitioners rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 301 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to handover vehicles and materials allocate workforce and notify Project Commencement Date in furtherance of Service Agreement dated 19.03.2018 and pass such other orders....”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for an adjudication by this Court.
