1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the payments, which are the subject matter of the present writ petition, have since been received and duly released by the respondents. 2.
In view of the above development, it is submitted that the grievance raised in the present writ petition has been redressed, and therefore, the cause of action no longer survives for adjudication. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
