Mohendro, learned counsel for respondent and Mr. R.K Umakanta, learned GA for the State respondent are present before the Court physically. Proceeding in Rev. Pet.) No.16 of 2019 has filed for seeking intervention of order rendered by learned Single Judge on the writ side in WP(C) No.629 of 2017 dated 16.05.2019 Annexure P/5. Whereas the learned counsel namely Mr. A. Mohendro for the respondent and Mr. Albert Keisham, learned counsel for the petitioner are present but in this matter, learned counsel for review petitioner, Mr. H. Kenajit who is on record by represented by Mr. Albert Keisham. However, the proceeding in FIR No.72(2)2017 SJM P.S. has been recorded for offences Under Section 147/148/506/427 read with section 34 of IPC, 1860 beside Section 27 of Arm Act. 2 Consequent recorded in FIR and whereby investigating agency has taken up the case for investigation and completion of the investigation. Keeping in view the relevant provision of Code of Criminal Procedure for recording the statement of the witnesses as under section 161 and under section 162 of the CrPC and thereafter, filing the charge sheet against the accused having the jurisdiction to deal with the matter in the aforesaid FIR and therefore, there is no consequences to address the issue in this review petition.
