The primary prayer made by the petitioners is for a direction being issued to the respondents to take appropriate action and provide them security in compliance of the order dated 01.06.2024. Upon perusal of the documents, we are of the view that the petitioners, in pursuance of the order dated 01.06.2024, for the relief sought in the writ petition, should approach and apply to the Ghaziabad District Level Committee. In such view of the matter, we provide that if such an application is made by the petitioners for their security, the District Level Committee shall look into the same and dispose it of expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such application, by passing a speaking order and after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
