The matter was directed to be listed today. 5.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the 2nd respondent by relying upon the communication made by the Special Tahsildar [Temple Lands] Assistant Commissioner, HR&CE, Tiruppur dated 07.04.2025 submitted that the subject property does not form part of the lands belonging to the Temple. It is also made clear that the subsequent documents that are executed with respect to the subject property should not be refused to be registered on the very same ground taken in the present writ petition. It is also made clear that the subsequent documents that are presented for registration pertaining to the subject property shall also be entertained and registered by the 1st respondent, if it is otherwise in order. 7.In the result, this writ petition is allowed with the above directions.
