Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, petitioner namely, Jayanta Saharia has prayed for regular bail in connection with Sessions Case No. 119(DM)/ 2025 (arising out of FIR No. 76/2025 registered at Sipajhar P.S.) under Section 103(1) BNS. Page No.# 2/2 The Trial Court record as requisitioned has been received and perused by this Court. The statements of the three witnesses for prosecution have been recorded. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only two official witnesses remain to be examined and in view of the fact that the petitioner has fourteen years of son and he has to look after him, the prayer for bail may be considered. We have gone through the contents of the Trial Court records. In view of the evidence available on record and the nature and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to consider the bail petition at this stage.
