Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents. 2. Being aggrieved by the action of the respondents, in issuing the notice in Rc. No.275/2019 SA, dated 05.12.2019, in the name of Lagisetti 2 Taraka Ram and the notice in Rc. No.275/2019 SA, dated 05.12.2019 in the name of Lagisetti Chinni Krishna (Died), for resumption of land and in interfering with the petitioners’ land in an extent of Ac.4.62 cents in Sy. No.707/2, Baligattam Village, Narsimpatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, in order to allot subject lands to the beneficiaries of the scheme launched by the government viz, “Navaratnalu Pedalandiriki Illu”, the instant Writ Petition has been filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record a copy of the instructions received by him from the Tahsildar, dated 25.01.2025. A perusal of the same would reflect that the notice was issued only to determine if the assignees are willing for acquisition of their land on payment of ex-gratia. However, no requisition has been made in respect of the subject land in Sy. No.707/2 of Balighattam. Since no such acquisition was made, it is stated that the, question of payment of compensation would not arise. And, the proposals of the acquisition for issuance of the house site pattas in respect of the subject lands have already been dropped. 4. The instructions of the 1st respondent – Tahsildar, are placed on record. 5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
