This is a writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein following prayers have been made by the petitioners: "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of an appropriate nature commanding the respondent nos.2, 3, 4 and 5 to provide physical possession of the secured asset to the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 12.03.2024 passed by the Ld. Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Agra, under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, within a period to be prescribed by this Hon'ble Court, otherwise, the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature appropriate commanding the respondents to extend all administrative / police assistance in completing the process of physical possession of the secured asset to the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, otherwise, the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury. " 3. Since the order under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act has been passed on 12.03.2024, we are of the view that the authorities being respondent nos.2 to 5 be directed to ensure compliance of the said order within a period of eight weeks in accordance with law. 4.
