1. Counsel for the Petitioner prays for the following relief(s):- (i)That, this Hon’ble Court may call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the respondent state authorities, in the interest of justice. (ii) That, the respondent state authorities may kindly be
directed by issuance of appropriate writ directing them to allow petitioner institution to participate in the counseling process for the academic session 2025-26 with full intake of seats in 5 specialization course of M.Sc. Nursing including specialization course in Mental Health Nursing/Psychiatric Nursing, in the interest of justice. (iv) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner-institution for issuance of appropriate directions directing the respondent state authorities to allow the petitioner institution to participate in the counseling going to be held for education year 2025-26 for the two seats for M.Sc. Nursing (Mental Health Nursing/Psychiatric Nursing) which has been arbitrarily withdrawn by the respondent state authorities without there being any justified reasons depriving the petitioner institution from prosecuting the said course for the previous year. It is further respectfully submitted that the petitioner institution was granted 42 seats of M.Sc. Nursing with 5 specialization courses including 2 seats of M.Sc. Nursing (Mental Health Nursing/Psychiatric Nursing), whereas the respondent no.2 vide its letter dated 13.09.2024 not only reduced the allotted seats from 42 to 37 but has not permitted the petitioner institution for conducting counseling for 2 seats of M.Sc. Nursing (Mental Health Nursing/Psychiatric 'Nursing, therefore the petitioner-institution prays that the institution may be permitted to participate in the counseling process for the academic session 2025/26.

Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 & 2 submits that if the petitioner file a representation before the respondent No. 1 & 2, the
3 claim of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the petitioner to file a fresh detailed representation along with the relevant documents before the concerned authorities/respondent No. 1 & 2 within a period of 7 days from today and in turn the respondents No. 1 & 2 shall consider/decide the claim of the petitioner-institution as expeditiously as possible in objective manner and in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of representation filed by the petitioner .
