Heard Sri Pala Karthi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the V.Farooq, learned respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has civil suit in O.S.No.291 of 2010 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil allowed. Aggrieved thereby, the unofficial A.S.No.148 of 2017 on the file of dismissed. Then the unofficial filed a Judge, Chittoor which was respondent herein preferred First Appeal in Principal District Judge, Chittoor, that was 4 respondent, having suffered the First Appeal, preferred Second Appeal 'n S.A.No.264 of 2024 before this Court which was also dismissed. The petitioner has made a representation to the police and that is pending before the police. Learned counsel would further submit that let there be a direction to attend the case of the petitioner in the light of the decrees passed by the Trial Court which was confirmed in First appeal and also in Second appeal. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate steps according to Governing Rules and law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand 4. 5. are closed.
