CMP No.27369 of 2025 The present application under Order 5 Rule 20, read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) has been filed for effecting service of respondents No. 1 and 2 by substituted means. It has been mentioned in the application that the applicant, despite due diligence, is unable to allocate the address of respondents No.1 and 2, therefore, it is prayed that they may be served through substituted mode. Heard. In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and respondents No.1 & 2 are ordered to be served through publication in the daily newspaper “Amar Ujala”, having circulation in the area, on filing the process fee and depositing publication charges within a period of two weeks and thereafter the case be listed before the Additional Registrar (Judicial) on 22.12.2025, for further orders with respect to the service of respondents No. 1 and 2 through publication.
