THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.22597 of 2025 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "...to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction, directing the 1®* Respondent to effect mutation of the Petitioner’s name with respect to Ac.0.80 cents of land in Survey No.914D/2 in Yadiki Village by rectifying the incorrect entries, for which, the Petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of ever since the date of purchase vide Sale Deed No. 160 of 2006 dated 18.2.2006 and Sale Deed No. 1154 of 2007, dated 11,7.2007 and pass such other order or orders...” Heard Sri P.Karthik Ramana, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent 2. Nos.1 to 4. 3. Petitioner submitted representation dated 05.06.2025 to the 1 St respondent-Mandal Revenue Officer, to mutate the name of the petitioner in the Pattadar Pass Book and also in title deeds. On scrutiny of the representation, it appears that petitioner has approached the officer several times, but there is no positive response forthcoming from the Office of Mandal Revenue Officer. Hence, the present writ petition is filed seeking to direct the 1®‘ respondent to effect mutation of petitioner’s name with respect to Ac.0.80 cents of land in Survey No.914D/2 in Yadiki Village, by rectifying the incorrect 4 entries. The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner and possessor of the said land by virtue of Sale Deeds vide Sale Deed No. 160 of 2006, dated 18.2.2006 and Sale Deed No. 1154 of 2007, dated 11.7.2007. 4. Without going into merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to dispose of writ petition by dispensing with notice to unofficial respondent No.5. The 1®* respondent is directed to examine the representation submitted by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the unofficial respondent and after conducting hearing, appropriate orders in accordance with law. The said decision shall be communicated to the respective parties within a period nf .six f06'' weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Meanwhile, respondent No.5 is directed not to create any third party rights over the subject property. and pass ■ / 5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
