Employee presently staying with the petitioner and her daughter Lalitha Kumari at D.No.7-6/1, Ganesh Nilayam, Ramesh Nilayam Road, Opp to Mahavir skoda showroom, Prasadampadu, Vijayawada without any authority or prior notice or order as illegal, unlawful and violative of Article 21 of Constitution of India and Sec. 21 to 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 R/w rule 21 of The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2011 and consequentially direct the respondents 2 to 9 not to interfere with the peaceful living of the petitioner and her husband in the house of their daughter Lalitha Kumari R/o D.No. 7-6/1, Ganesh Nilayam, Ramesh Nilayam Road, Opp to Mahavir skoda showroom, Prasadampadu, Vijayawada pending disposal of the writ petition and to pass…” 2.
